Anne Pascual is a Design Director at IDEO Munich, where she helps companies of all kinds innovate and grow. She does this by getting them to focus on customer value and by harness the potential of digital technologies. She also leads large-scale strategic innovation programs, and she helps client and internal teams cultivate the curiosity, collaboration, and persistence they need to uncover new opportunities and bring them to market. Anne has more than 15 years of experience in user-experience design and building digital products in a lean, agile way. Her clients have included Adidas, AT&T, Nokia, Novartis, and Swiss Life. During her tenure at IDEO, she spent a few years living and working in San Francisco, where she absorbed the optimism and can-do attitude of the tech scene of Silicon Valley, which she now brings to European organizations. Originally trained in philosophy, Anne combines her academic education with her design skills, which since 1997 have been influenced and inspired by the evolution of the internet. She cofounded Schoenerwissen/OfCD, an internationally recognized design studio for computational design, information visualization, and software development in Berlin. In 2001, she received a Prix Ars Electronica award, which honors excellence in the fields of art, technology, and society.
